Key Points of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Member") and tbej ("the Platform") governing your use of the tbej website and all associated services. The following cards summarise the most important obligations and entitlements under these Terms. The full text of each clause is set out in the numbered sections below.

By accessing or using any part of the tbej platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, cashier functions and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all Members regardless of the device or connection method used to access tbej.

These Terms must be read alongside the tbej Privacy Policy and any specific rules published for individual games or promotions. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the more specific rule will prevail for the subject matter of that conflict only, and these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Membership of tbej is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tbej operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21.
• You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by tbej and have not previously had a tbej account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of tbej or any of its affiliated entities.
• Participating in real-money gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

tbej reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Member at any time. Where a Member cannot provide satisfactory verification, tbej may suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification, and close the account permanently if verification is not satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period. Any funds deposited by a Member who is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be refunded to the original payment source and no winnings accrued during that period will be paid.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one tbej account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. tbej uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.

Registration Information

• You must provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you own and control. This number will be used for OTP verification and account recovery.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify tbej promptly if any of your registered details change.
• tbej may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. You agree to provide documents requested for this purpose within the timeframe specified.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tbej will never ask for your full password. You must:

• Use a unique password not shared with any other website, application or service.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including individuals claiming to be tbej support staff.
• Notify tbej immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All financial transactions on tbej are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tbej does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply any currency conversion. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by Members.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tbej, although your chosen payment method may apply its own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
• tbej does not charge any fee on deposits. Processing times vary by method — bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited in seconds; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in your own name and matching a payment method previously used to deposit to the account.
• tbej does not charge any fee on withdrawals. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are the fastest and typically complete within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC checks before processing. Members who have not yet completed identity verification may experience delays on their first withdrawal.
• tbej reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

tbej offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and in any specific promotion page published alongside the offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your tbej account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions stated in the applicable promotion. If a bonus does not appear within 24 hours of qualifying, contact support.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• tbej reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not cashable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonus Abuse

tbej employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of betting software or bots, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, tbej reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, close the Member's account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that were derived from the abuse.

All bets placed on tbej are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any bet or game round. The following specific rules apply to sports betting and casino games respectively.

Sports Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. tbej reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for the applicable sport and market on the tbej platform at the time the bet was placed.
• tbej reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in pricing has occurred, including grossly mispriced odds attributable to a technical fault.

Casino Game Rules

• All casino games on tbej use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live; their game rules govern the conduct of each game session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round that results in the round being incomplete, tbej will endeavour to settle the round based on available game state data. Where this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Member's account.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slots and RNG games are published in the individual game information panels. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tbej and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the tbej platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Registering or using a tbej account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at tbej staff or other Members through any communication channel.

tbej's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 14. No liability is accepted by tbej for any losses incurred as a result of account action taken following an investigation into prohibited conduct.

tbej is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. The platform provides the following tools to help Members manage their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from the Member's account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing tbej. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and is irreversible.
• Reality check: periodic pop-up reminders during game sessions showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment; it should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

tbej may suspend or close a Member's account in the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• tbej has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful activity on the account.
• The Member is found to be under the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration or at any point during their membership.
• tbej is required to close the account by law, regulation or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Deposits made from the Member's own funds (excluding any bonus-derived winnings) may be returned at tbej's discretion following investigation. Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected].

All content on the tbej platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, audio files, promotional materials and the tbej brand name itself — is the exclusive property of tbej or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tbej platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the tbej platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of tbej.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbej excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the tbej platform, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or otherwise.
• Interruptions to the tbej service caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues or events outside tbej's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders or telecommunications failures.
• Any losses resulting from a Member's failure to keep their account credentials secure, or from the Member's own breach of these Terms.

tbej collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and tbej. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tbej uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data at rest. tbej reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, tbej will endeavour to notify active Members by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter a Member's rights or obligations) may take effect immediately.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always published at tbej.org/terms-conditions. Members are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the tbej platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of tbej, you agree to first contact tbej's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tbej will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within 5 business days and to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to a formal resolution process in accordance with applicable law. tbej's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility and account actions are final where they have been made in accordance with these Terms and applicable rules.
